Window Source installed a new patio sliding glass door for us in April 2000. About 1 month ago, we woke up to find the outer pane of one side of the door shattered. There had been a bad storm overnight and something had apparently hit our door breaking it. I called Window Source and they ordered us a replacement panel, which they installed for FREE today under their Lifetime Warranty. It's one thing for a company to give a Lifetime Warranty, but it's another thing for them to actually honor it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Source for your window and door needs. The day of the installation, our power went out and they still came by to install the windows even though it was going to take them significantly longer for the installation.
