Impact, Storm, & Hurricane Windows

Window Source installed a new patio sliding glass door for us in April 2000. About 1 month ago, we woke up to find the outer pane of one side of the door shattered. There had been a bad storm overnight and something had apparently hit our door breaking it. I called Window Source and they ordered us a replacement panel, which they installed for FREE today under their Lifetime Warranty. It's one thing for a company to give a Lifetime Warranty, but it's another thing for them to actually honor it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Source for your window and door needs. We recently had our windows replaced by The Window Source. We modernized with sliding windows on the front of the house and the rest were standard double pane windows. It really updated the look of our home. We found one window had cracked this winter but only a single call was needed and their warranty took care of replacing it quickly and no charge. We had 7 new windows installed today by Window Source and the experience really couldn’t have been better. The crew was friendly, efficient, and did incredible work. In about 2 hours we had all new windows and everything was completely cleaned up and hauled off. I can’t recommend them enough. The Window Source is a fantastic company to work with from the beginning. They are keenly focused on customer service and customer satisfaction. Both the salesman and the owner were very responsive to any questions we had throughout the purchasing and installation process as well. The day of the installation, our power went out and they still came by to install the windows even though it was going to take them significantly longer for the installation.
